About FIDIC

The International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC), founded in 1913, is the global representative body for consulting engineers and engineering consultancy firms. Through its member associations in nearly 100 countries, FIDIC represents more than one million engineering professionals and over 40,000 firms worldwide.

The organization is internationally recognized for promoting high standards of professional practice, integrity, and quality in engineering consultancy services, and for publishing the widely used FIDIC Conditions of Contract that guide infrastructure and construction projects across the world.
