Author Guidelines
Language
All abstract and full paper submissions must be written in English. Authors are responsible for ensuring clarity, grammatical accuracy, and technical quality.
Author Information
Complete details (full names, affiliations, contact info) must be provided during initial submission. No new authors can be added after the abstract deadline.
Keywords
A maximum of five (5) keywords should be provided to best describe the content and focus of the research. Enter these in the "Keyword" section.
Theme Selection
Select the most appropriate conference theme or track during submission to ensure proper categorization and accurate peer review.
Submission Guidelines
Abstract Submission
- Word Limit: Maximum 300 words.
- Requirements: Include up to 5 keywords & complete author details.
- Categorization: Select the most relevant conference theme.
- Review Process: Notifications of acceptance will be sent to corresponding authors.
Full Paper Submission
- Eligibility: Invited upon abstract acceptance only.
- Formatting: Must strictly adhere to the official conference template.
Peer Review & Camera-Ready Submission
Rigorous Review: Full papers will undergo a peer review process conducted by subject experts.
Detailed Feedback: Authors will receive feedback from both editors and reviewers.
Final Revisions: Camera-ready versions must address all reviewer and editor comments prior to final submission.
